Reiki technique involving the transfer of healing energy through movements of fingers and palms making specific patterns on the body being treated. As it is the most useful and commonly used reiki technique, so we have decided to hold different sessions ranging from 30 minutes to 4 hours for it. Reiki can be offered through physical touch, hands hovering above or at a distance by a Reiki practitioner. 

The practitioner (or healer) is not the one “healing” you but instead, the healer aids the movement of healing as a channel of energy. If you consider when we are harmed or feeling low, we often seek out or welcome a soft touch from someone. This often offers us comfort and makes us feel better. Our human touch is instinctual, caring, loving and healing.

Reiki and Shamanic practices are complementary healing modalities, creating a synergy of healing energies. A shamanic healing starts with an interview to find out what the symptoms are, how long the person has been having them, as well as severity and type of pain and other pertinent information, such as whether the person has been seen by a medical doctor and what types of medication the person is taking.

In a meditative state, I will ask our spiritual allies (helping spirits in spirit world) and the patient’s allies to help me see what is needed in the healing.  I will use the proper shamanic tools for needed to awaken self-healing. Since most problems come from blocked or hindered energy flow, the most common approach is to restore circulation and movement of energy in the body.
